I booked an appointment with Shawna - she explained everything clearly - much more so than the letters. Shawna told me about another recall / or campaign that I did not have a letter for and she offered to take care of that at the same time. When my vehicle was done, Shawna called me to let me know. When I came to pick it up - it was shining from a FRESH (courtesy) WASH!!!!! All in all my Equinox had a FABULOUS day with Shawna at the Sherwood Park Chevrolet SPA!
