I went to several dealers around the lower mainland looking for specific extras on a new truck for my self ,,,,,,, but ,I found it very difficult to d I went to several dealers around the lower mainland looking for specific extras on a new truck for my self ,,,,,,, but ,I found it very difficult to deal with salesmen that were not listening to my wants . The salesmen were more concern on selling me what they had in stock even if it did not meet my wants and needs. With Shawn ,it was so simple that ,it took him minutes to show me what I wanted . it was so perfect that I bought the first truck he showed me. Jen made that happen even though I didn't think it was possible, the price was worked out to suit my budget without compromising all the bells and whistles . The icing on the cake was the warm customer appreciation shown by Rita ,it sure made my day special. It gives me great satisfaction to know that there is still dedicated, caring and respectful employees managing the foundations of Langley Chrysler . More

Great salesman, made buying really easy Turned up quite late to the dealership on Saturday and Shawn had preselected several vehicles based on my internet enquiry. Shawn showed me the pickup trucks and showed me all the features and differences. After the viewing we negotiated and settled on a price that I was comfortable with. The final selection was my choice and I could't resist getting that extra gadget and level of comfort so had to up my budget, but it was worth it. Shawn arranged for me to take the truck that night and return in a few days with the payment. All in all it was a great process and I love my truck. Thank you Shawn and all the other members of staff at Langley Chrysler for making the process easy and as painless as possible. More

Shawn our salesperson was awesome...he had patients and was over beyond helpful ! The service was amazing... The only little thing i would criticize, was the mobile insurance guy. He was not really helpful in answering questions...but this is not the dealership, this is ICBC ! Overall a great experience... So if you need a car, truck, new or used...don"t look around, just go to LANGLEY Chrysler :) More

I unfortunately bought a Dodge pickup from another dealer ( (In Chilliwack) and was totally unhappy with the vehicle and everything about the dealership, unhappy enough that I bought a Ford truck. I recently went back to my friends at Langley Chrysler and was completely satisfied with all aspects of my Jeep buying experience. Again Baeli was my contact for getting all the paperwork done and she did an outstanding job. I would and have recommended many of my friends to go buy at Langley Chrysler. They are good people doing a great job. More
