Great Experience We had just moved to Canada and needed to buy a car. We saw one that fit our needs on the ToyotaTown website and went down to test drive it. We knew what we were looking for and what our budget constraints were and weren't pressured to change either. Shawn and the finance team worked with us to make sure everything was taken care of. They even threw in a set of new Summer tires (we bought the car with winter tires on it). We would definitely buy from them again. More

Excellent experience in buying a used Toyota. The ladies at the reception desk were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shawn was very helpful. He took the time to ask me what I needed and what I liked and what I was looking to spend. And then he zeroed in and recommended several options. I don't appreciate being pressured and he never put any pressure on me to buy on the first appointment. That's one of the reasons that I purchased from him the next day. The financing appointment with Andre de Coning was a pleasure and I felt that he sincerely had my best interests in mind. The delivery of my vehicle was moved ahead to better suit me and Shawn showed me all the bells and whistles before I drove away. He even connected my blue tooth for me. Andre came out of his office to shake my hand and wish me well. I felt spoiled and special. This is my 4th Toyota but it won't be my last. More
