I ended up looking at a 2018 Rav4 and falling in love in love with it. Shawn helped me with everything and was so easy going. He made the process seem really easy. Andre in the financial department I have dealt with in the past and he also was so kind. Another big shout out - we had my 7 month old baby and everyone was awesome with her! It was a big plus especially when it came to feeding time and I didn't get shuttled to the bathroom. For a breastfeeding mom that is a big deal! A+ ToyotaTown! More

Happy Ending Two years ago I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra fron Toyotatown in London Ontario with the help of Shawn Longworth, our Sales Advisor. The truck was a Two years ago I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra fron Toyotatown in London Ontario with the help of Shawn Longworth, our Sales Advisor. The truck was a surprise 65th birthday gift for my husband. Shawn helped us orchestrate the surprise! On February 14th, 2018 my husband and I were involved in a horrific automobile accident in our Tundra, which was destroyed. We were both injured, my husband very seriously, and we were told our Tundra saved our lives. We were both recovering at home, and due to our injuries were unable to visit the dealership to arrange for the purchase of our new vehicle. Shawn provided so much assistance to us by phone and email, and we were able to arrange the entire purchase of our new 2018 Tundra from home. My daughter and I picked up the truck on Tuesday March 20th, and it is now parked proudly in our driveway where my husband can see it while he recovers and looks forward to driving it soon. Great Service I purchased a new 2014 Camry Hybrid XLE in 2014 dealing with Shawn Longworth. He was most helpful in the test drive I took pointing out features in t I purchased a new 2014 Camry Hybrid XLE in 2014 dealing with Shawn Longworth. He was most helpful in the test drive I took pointing out features in the car. After I purchased the car he carefully explained a few of the new (to me) functions available in the vehicle. A few weeks later I called him with a problem with setting preset radio stations. He tried his best to solve the problem and then when he was unable to turned me over the service department who couldn't solve it either except by replacing the radio. Fortunately I managed to find the solution on my own and called service back to cancel the order for the new radio. Since my purchase I've taken my car back to ToyotaTown for service and have never been anything but pleased and fully satisfied with that service. Jim Wilson More
