Shawn was kind enough to put my name on a "Wait List" for the 2026 RAV4 back in October of 2024. He has kept me informed and up to date with every detail of the purchase. I was reassured that any of my concerns and doubts about going from Ford to Toyota would be set aside as soon as I experienced the new RAV4 in person.....He was correct as usual. I have dealt with the same dealership in Strathroy since 1972 (17 New Vehicles), and trade every three years. The vehicle purchasing move back into London was rather daunting, but Shawn has reassured me that my 3 year trades may have found the proper new home. More

Last week we bought 2026 Toyota BZ. Our first EV...After carefully shopping for an EV we decided to go with Toyota after many many years. Our first car in Canada was Toyota Tercel in 1997.. Over the years we went through many other brands. When we decided to buy our second car in Canada we went to Toyota in 2003 and we had a very bad experience with the sales representative and decided not to buy Toyota again... This year we had great experience with Shawn...He treated us with great respect. he is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was handled very professionally. Finance Manager Rita Dalal was very friendly as well as efficient. I hope to get same experience at the service department too as we would like to drive the car for many many years... We would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know how pleased we are with ToyotaTown. This is our 6th Toyota vehicle we have purchased. The Highlander seems to be our preference. Shawn Longworth is an excellent person as well as a great specialist. He has a bubbly personality and very knowledgeable about all Toyota products and also if he can not answer your questions he will find someone who can. Baz was very kind and helpful when Shawn was on his day off. The dealership at ToyotaTown is clean and the staff are very welcoming. P.S. the hot chocolate is amazing. More
