There should be MORE than 5 stars for Charles Scrymgeour! This is our first Mercedes and he took his valuable time to share his knowledge and knowhow with us. I am so pleased with the purchase of my new Mercedes. But at the same time I did not realize how involved owning and living with such a sophisticated vehicle could be. Vito was excellent salesman he followed through, and was able to keep his promises, would definitely refer him to new clients. Danny was wonderful, and very considerate and helpful. Yatin was terrifi able to keep his promises, would definitely refer him to new clients. Danny was wonderful, and very considerate and helpful. Yatin was terrific, and explained everything very throughly he did job well and easy to work with. Jonny was excellent explained everything very thorough and me being computer illiterate he was excellent in teaching and understanding how to use the technology and mechanisms of the car. The lady receptionist Sharon and Farzah were very pleasant and welcoming. Everyone works as a greet team at the Natick location and would definitely refer and use them again! More

Deceptive sales practices Vito was my sales person. He did not present the car as it was particularly during the negotiations. He did not print out the sticker on the car or go over what the options we He did not present the car as it was particularly during the negotiations. He did not print out the sticker on the car or go over what the options were. He had told me that there was collision sensors and park assist when there was not. I didn’t learn this till several weeks after when Johnny went over all of the items on the car.Jonny was great . He was very patient and a great teacher. I was also told that the car had navigation when it did not. When I sat with the business manager, he mentioned to me that the car was a loaner. I did not know this. Again, I would not have negotiated the price that I did had I known it was a loaner and had several people driving it. When I brought this up to Vito, he said he did not know that it was a loaner. Danny said of course it was a loaner. You should’ve known that. Again deceptive practices. I was ready to walk out at this point, but I spoke with Nikko the business manager who took another $500 off of the price of the car. I did want the warranty to be extended, but he said he could not do that. The time that I spent in the dealership was many hours. They kept rushing me to get the money to them for the car but it was getting late in the day. I had to go back to the dealership several times to complete this transaction. They kept trying to push financing on me which I didn’t want. I had my own financing. The business manager was very rude and reached over and grabbed a pen out of my hand that was given to me to sign the paperwork. In this time of Covid and with the Mercedes dealership, they should at least give you a free pen to use that is clean. I told him I was transferring my plate several times and yet I was charged for a new registration. Nico did reimburse me for that. Also, I was told that the car would be , not able to be delivered until till 4 o’clock waiting all day for it because it had to be inspected. Although I found out it was inspected a month prior. When the car was delivered to me, Danny really didn’t go over the car with me at all, and I had to ask for a owners manual. I realized when I went over the inspection, there was no spare tire which was checked off on the inspection Nico reconciled that and got me a spare tire, which unfortunately does not fit inside the trunk. I would not recommend this dealership because of all of these issues that I had particularly with Vito oh, by the way, thought it was important for me to know that he had five stars on his reviews which I thought was unprofessional. After I went through a final run through with Danny several weeks later, I realized that the park assist that I thought I had in the car and front collision sensors and navigation were not part of the package that I thought I was getting. I would’ve negotiated a much lower price. I believe I over paid for this car and there’s nothing I can do about it now. More
