Jonny is the concierge at MB Natick. which I had no idea existed until I went in for service. Made an appt w him and he very knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles! Yatin took wonderful care of all the documentation and Jonny introduced us to a number of features of our new Mercedes in great detail at the time of delivery.
