Brian Breidegam has always been my service consultant; he is not only efficient, helpful and experienced, but he also has exceptional communication skills and lot of knowledge to explain why your vehicle require something or to look for answers needed. During this service appointment, I was looking for vehicle maintenance and to correct something I consider it was a safety matter. Brian directed this matter through the service management looking for the right way to fix this matter. Geoff Bosse, service manager, explain to me what to do in order to correct it. The recommendation given worked because the issue got rectified.
I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Natick!!!
