Exceptional service and help this is my second car from the Herb Chambers family, the first one being a BMW from HC Sudbury - and i couldn't have been happier! from the beginning, this is my second car from the Herb Chambers family, the first one being a BMW from HC Sudbury - and i couldn't have been happier! from the beginning, Saena and Danny gave me the time and space to explore not just the car, but the maintenance, warranty and trade-in options. I must admit I'm not the easiest to deal with when buying a car, but the whole crew was nothing but patient and helpful. Both Saena and Samantha went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I'd be remiss if i didn't acknowledge the team members that helped me - starting with the ladies who answer the phone (Sharon, I think) , to Manny and Jim for the sales closing - and a special shout out to the GM Fahad, who runs this place like clockwork. More

Dishonest and Backs Out of an Agreed Deal Do not do business with this dealership! They backed out of a deal after agreeing to a price. When I discussed it with the General Manager (Fahad), Do not do business with this dealership! They backed out of a deal after agreeing to a price. When I discussed it with the General Manager (Fahad), he hung up on me when I questioned why they would back out of an agreed price. There is no way I would ever do business with this dealership! Go to another Mercedes dealership - great cars, but dishonest people at this dealership. All of this to try to get an extra $3k. More
