Brian helped me with my run flat tire that had a nail in it. I was able to drop my car off on Tuesday to have it looked at on Wednesday, Scott helped me with the warranty and paperwork and my car was ready it. I was able to drop my car off on Tuesday to have it looked at on Wednesday, Scott helped me with the warranty and paperwork and my car was ready to go Wednesday afternoon. I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up until almost closing so Service left my keys with sales so I’d be able to retrieve it. Sharon at the front was as pleasant and sweet as could be. There was a problem with this appointment as no one showed up to pick the car up at the scheduled time. I had to call looking for them, then reschedule the work I was quite mad, however, I did recei showed up to pick the car up at the scheduled time. Great experience from selection to delivery the vehicle. Howard and Danny are very patient and helped us getting the right GLC300 to us. Yatin is also great to work with to get the finance down. David was able to work with my negotiation and my price. Yatin the finance manager was very friendly and explained all the options for my car, at the end Jonny the Product Expert was very helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly to me and my family, was very patient in helping me get started and ensured I was able to understand my car for me to start enjoying my new 2022 GLC300! The best experience I ever had especially after buying many multiple cars in the past this by far was the best experience my family is very thankful and happy we stopped in! More
