Highly satisfying experience! While our visit started with the disappointment, it ended up very good. They offered to look into more offers and Shari showed our options while calculating our financial opportunities so we could see the picture clearer. When we took the RAM for the test drive, we fall in love with it instantly. Both Shari and Philip sensed we wanted to close the deal very fast, and despite the fact it was Friday afternoon, they promised the delivery next day- on Sarturday. While we stopped to change our insurance in the different city, we did realize we didn't have enough information on our hands. And the same second the insurance company receiving the fax regarding our deal. That was really impressive. The delivery went very smooth. The atmosphere is homey and warm. People are friendly .
