The next day, I received a phone call from Jamie Baverstock who introduced me to Shari McKilligan. There was a bit of a skirmish at the outset as the exact vehicle I had in mind had already been sold, but within hours, another one was located for me. Shari was very helpful and understanding. She was extremely patient in walking me through the protocol of dealing with my insurance claim, car rental time-lines, etc.,, in addition to the questions I would have about the vehicle I had my eyes on. Shari even looked out for me to make sure I could get in on the draw that was happening at the dealership! So happy with the service that I got here! More
