She makes her customers feel important and welcome. She is efficient in getting things going but is also interested in having a pleasant conversation. She makes sure I understand what is going on with the service of my car and even is willing to take my car in for me. Brittiany ALWAYS makes a visit to Jackson Acura extremely positive. Above and beyond! Ran over a curb and blew a tire and live in Buckhead. Took my rim and tire back to the dealership and and put my new tire on. I just drove to the dealership and they put my new tire and old rim back on. What service! More
