Good repair, good service, good customer interface I blew a tire on my new MDX and did not know how to get to spare. We had a blip with Acura roadside, mainly because of the local businesses they sent ( 2of 3 could not fix car) but the dealership side of the situation was excellent. The car was finally towed in by the third company and Sergei and Yvonne from service took over. Communication was great as was service. Yvonne went out of her way to work with the insurance company to get as much as possible covered. More
