However, having worked with Sean turned out to be a very relaxing and comforting experience. Sean was patient with me and this allowed me to feel at ease during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable with all the vehicles. I wasn't 100% sure which vehicle I wanted to purchase when I first entered the dealership. He was able to spend as much time with me as needed to make an informed decision, one that was just right for me. Best Car Buying Experience EVER! After owning my current vehicle a Nissan Altima for 11 years I decided it was time to start the anxiety filled search for a new car. I was looking at the Altima again, the KIA Optima and the Hyundai Sonata. As car buying is intimidating to begin with being a female car buyer can be even more intimidating. I asked my brother in law if he knew anyone at Finch Hyundai and he referred me to Sean Fitzpatrick and said he would take good care of me. Sean did not disappoint, I dropped in on on a very busy Saturday but he invited me into the office without hesitation. I explained to him that I had already been to KIA and drove the Optima but that I was interested in the Sonata as well. Sean listened to what i was looking for and suggested the Sonata Hybrid which I had never even thought of. I was not really familiar what the benefits of the Hybrid were and how it worked but Sean took the time to explain everything to me and to show me in the car where everything was and how it worked. We took it for a test drive and I immediately loved it as Sean said I would and I said where do I sign. Along with loving the vehicle the deal was amazing. Within 5 days I had my new car without any hesitation or regret. Sean introduced me to Clint for the financing end of the deal , another great experience as all my questions were answered and any concerns I had regarding past experiences were alleviated. When I picked up my car Sean put my new plates on showed me how everything on the exterior worked then sat with me and went through all the interior functions and even set up my blue tooth which I wasn't even sure I had. : - ) Sean is very personable, has a sense of humour, always greeted me with a smile and is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This car buying experience was not filled with anxiety it was actually a pleasure. I will have no hesitation in referring friends, family, acquaintances to Sean Fiztpatrick and the FINCH Hyundai team. More

The reason for that was because of each places service. Being in the customer service industry myself, I pretty well demand good service, especially where large sums of money are involved. When we met Sean, you could instantly tell he loves his job and is very good at what he does. He was able to meet all our needs and keep this new 2014 affordable for my parents. Not only was his customer service amazing, he was personable and extremely educated on other vehicles out there and their standards. I would highly recommend Sean Fitzpatrick to anyone! He has true passion in what he does for a living and is great at making compromises to make his customers happy. We walked out of every other dealership because those reps allowed us to. Sean was firm enough to see when we were going to walk away, and willing to adjusted certain things to make it work for my parents! My husband and I stopped at the Finch Hyundai dealership with intentions to pick up a couple of brochures for the SantaFe and Tucson. We were greeted by Sean Fitzpatrick who quickly got our attention with with intentions to pick up a couple of brochures for the SantaFe and Tucson. We were greeted by Sean Fitzpatrick who quickly got our attention with his great personality and extensive knowledge of the two vehicles we were interested in. Before long we had set an appointment to see Sean the next take to take the vehicles out for a test drive. Sean encouraged us to take as much time needed to ensure we had no doubts about the choice we were about to make. He offered us his office to discuss privately our options which we greatly appreciated. We want to Thank Sean for his patience and understanding while we made our decision. The dealership itself was friendly and clean, and Sean was easy going and interested in our needs as new vehicle owners. He went over the "numbers" of our vehicles over and over again patiently as we added and took away features to our vehicle to customize the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Sean really made buying our new vehicle fun and exciting, which it should be, instead of scary and intimidating. When we had a bit of a concern, Sean even lent us his vehicle to drive so that our concern could be fixed ASAP and we weren't left stranded. Great salesman and a great dealership I'd say. More
