Puts politics over customer experience and safety. George in maintenance refused to put on a mask after I notified him that the mandate was still in effect. I shared that my wife died because people were not taking the COVID pandemic seriously. George tried to start an argument with me and extended a 1.5 hour appointment to 3 hours. Left a voicemail for David, manager, about Geroge's tantrum and I have not heard back. They seem to allow their personal politics to disrupt their ability to follow the law and even care about their customers. I will be fully utilizing the remaining services I have paid for, but will be purchasing future vehicles from another dealership and possibly a different manufacturer. 33 and will likely need a work truck for the farm, a larger vehicle for transporting groups of people, and will definitely replace my rav4 with an all electric version after existing coverage/warranties expire. Staff succumbing to what is looking to be a treasonous political movement have most definitely lost the dealership ~150k in sales. I am a non-affiliated/independent politically and just want to not be messed with when receiving services that I paid for. I will be advising friends, family, and co-workers who are looking for a car to avoid royal moore and reconsider Toyota as a whole. More

Not impressed. Tried to buy a GR86 through the Costco program. The dealer loaded up vehicle with nearly $5000 in dealer installed items, paint seal, window etch, Tried to buy a GR86 through the Costco program. The dealer loaded up vehicle with nearly $5000 in dealer installed items, paint seal, window etch, etc. to pad the profit. I guess it not as bad as just adding dealer markup, still sucks. There area many honest dealers out there. Dont waste your time with this one. More
