Greg was incredible to work with - super friendly and knowledgeable with great communication. He gave me an upfront expectation of the timing on my service and then he went above and beyond to get the re knowledgeable with great communication. I signed up online for a recommended service using your scheduling assistant, however, upon arrival your team member stated I might have to leave the car for more than a day when my appointment was at 0730 scheduling assistant, however, upon arrival your team member stated I might have to leave the car for more than a day when my appointment was at 0730. I wasn’t coming in for service that should take an extra day so it was surprising and made me feel you were over booked,I took day off from work and adjusted my schedule for this service, however, your team member got it done by 3pm same day and was very helpful and attentive.
