Mike and Axel at Royal Moore's Service Center took care of me in a way that I have never before experienced at a dealership service center... in my life! When I first called to ask for help with a potenti of me in a way that I have never before experienced at a dealership service center... in my life! When I first called to ask for help with a potential warranty claim, Mike took me seriously and gave me a detailed plan of how they would diagnose and resolve the concern with my vehicle. Because it was a potentially significant issue that was not common or part of a safety recall or TSB, he assigned my case to Axel, their master mechanic with 20 years of experience. Drop off was quick and easy, and they offered me a rental car with no hassle. Two days later, when I picked up my vehicle, Axel personally came to see me so that he could explain everything that he looked at and what he discovered. Then Mike rounded out the experience by getting all of the paperwork documented to protect me in the potential event of a future warranty claim. Through the entire process, I was treated with courtesy and respect as a valued customer and a person. I couldn't have dreamed for a better experience. More
