I went in to Royal Moore Toyota to test drive 2 cars. They were both certified used vehicles. One was a Toyota Highlander (in a color I was settling for not the one I really wanted) the other was a Subar They were both certified used vehicles. One was a Toyota Highlander (in a color I was settling for not the one I really wanted) the other was a Subaru and in reality my heart was set on the Subaru. I met Scott Jonassen at out appointment time. He had the Highlander I was wanting to drive already parked at the front. It was Beautiful!!! We sat down and he asked me what color I really wanted in the vehicle I was shopping for and I told him I wanted a white on. Well as luck had it a brand new Highlander was just delivered that day which was white, like I wanted... He was concerned about the color of the interior. We went out and checked it out...It was the EXACT color of interior that I wanted..BONUS!! I test drove the Highlander and well that is where this story ends...Hook line and sinker. Beautiful ride, Beautiful car. I really didn't even want to see the Subaru. Fate again strikes. It was in the repair shop for a leaking sunroof. Done deal for me. So I am now the proud owner of a Toyota Highlander! Thank you Scott Jonnasen for such a wonderful experience of a new vehicle purchase from Royal Moore Toyota. I am beyond Happy with this car and purchase experience. This will most likely be my last new car purchase. I will grow old with this vehicle. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! I love Scott’s professionalism while maintaining hospitality, with attention to details.
