Please ask for Samuel Pelisser . He goes Above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the sale of your vehicle. Ganley had our yacht blue GT EV6. The problem was we lived in TN He goes Above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the sale of your vehicle. Ganley had our yacht blue GT EV6. The problem was we lived in TN and they are in Ohio! Samuel offered to pick us up at the airport so we could have our dream car! The bonus was he actually knew how to program our electric car and about the features. Friendly staff everything went without a hitch. I highly recommend this dealer. I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a newer car with low mileage and in my price range. I was placed in THE PERFECT CAR!!!!! Sam really set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I walked into Kia of Mentor Sam was upfront and honest, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless. Sam was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests.
