Thing where not done rite! First they tried to renig on my trade in price Then they didn't go over all the options of the truck. I made a appointment to meet her and buy a truck. When I arrived she was Like I'm blah blah But this is the guy who will help you. That was so uncool !!! As far as what the truck looked like when I picked it up just average.'They left a small Scratch rite on the drivers door very noticeable. They touched it up and it was fine. All and all I love my new truck ! The dealer not so much. More

Car dealerships have come a long way! The location was Herb Chambers Toyota Scion in Auburn, MA. Our interactions with Tim Dalton were very positive. He was very patient in allowing us to try several cars and working through the issues of what we really wanted in an SUV (Highlander). He worked with us on the final "out the door" price of the vehicle and even managed to work with his finance person (Andy) for a better rate than what we were getting at our CU. All in all a good experience and will certainly go back when the need for another car arises. More

Preowned Lexus RX 350 bought thru this dealership The experience we had was not, overall, a good one. The vehicle had not fully been tested and things were wrong., we needed to involve a Lexus deale The experience we had was not, overall, a good one. The vehicle had not fully been tested and things were wrong., we needed to involve a Lexus dealership to have the issues corrected. The two sales people working with us were inept. There were a lot of issues in this sale that did not go well. Mostly Lexus is a product made by Toyota and if a dealership is selling it then they need to have. Educated sales people to handle any part of the sale. No one knew the vehicle. I will not elaborate here. Thank goodness for the dealership we had had a long relationship with that Sold Lexus near to Boston, as they aided us in testing out the vehicle ,Teaching us about the many Tech and other aspects. We paid, Lexus for the Evaluation of the vehicle and correcting/ fixing the vehicle's issues. The finance people at Toyota of Auburn, especially Sean who are involved in any sales transaction were good and clear, and followed though. Samantha, the Internet person, was trying to be helpful but the follow thru was missing. The two young sales people are not listed below were just not the least bit helpful as sales people, The first Salesman was to return and follow through and call us and never did and sent a younger version who had no experience and was out of any league.. Sean was polite and helped on the phone, The General manager at Toyota of Auburn we spoke with on the phone, (by our phone call to him) he was polite, he never followed up with us with a communication after our first phone call to him where we were telling him of the problems with his sales team and the vehicle. The next we knew he was out of town for 2 days and unreachable. The experience overall was upsetting and not positiive. When we tried to contact Samantha, our primary contact at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, she told us she didnt have a direct line nor an email direct. She told us she wasnt just the iinternet gate keeper, but also in sales. We learned later that she did have email, and that she was primarily in the Internet Department. We never saw her listed as a sales person. Samantha also told us that this Lexus could be Lexus certified and she would look into it, that would extend, at the very least the drive train warranty. We sent an email follow up asking her to do this. She never replied and never did the work. The other two Lexus's for sale of the same year wree Lexus certified so we were asking for the same. Since she was our primary contact we had hoped she would oversee the process. She had no idea unless we tried to reach her and we had no direct phone number nor email to reach her, despiite her telling us she was also in sales. This was a tough process and thankfully the trust we had in the Lexus dealership, we ended up at was our only viable resource for the reality on the vehicle. We never got from Toyota of Auburn the Lexus Certification on the purchase it was never done by them More

We worked with Samantha Tetreau (Business Development), Kennedy Lidonde (Salesperson), and Andi Xhacka (Finance Manager). Samantha Tetreau did an incredible job breaking down the logistics and key details in leasing a vehicle. She was also very informative in explaining all of the tech specs for the car, she's the best! Kennedy Lidonde gave us a peace of mind before and after we leased the car, he ensured we had no hesitations or fears about anything in and around the car. Kennedy is so humorous and enthusiastic, always smiling and taking pride in what he does, good guy! Andi Xhacka made sure all of the proper paper work and information was filed timely and accurate, he's the man! With his expertise, we were able to ride out in our new vehicle within two days after signing the lease. Herb Chambers Toyota Scion of Auburn offers exceptional service and expertise. I am so happy that Samartha Tetreau recommended that I come in and checkout the new 2015 T I have had the new Toyota Corolla 2015 for a month today. I am so happy that Samartha Tetreau recommended that I come in and checkout the new 2015 Toyota Corolla’s. She told me she could get me into a new 2015 Toyota at the same payment or less. She greeted me at the door and once I saw Jimmy Eldean I told her I wanted him as my salesman. This is my second car that I have purchased from Jimmy. Jimmy knows what I want in my car and does a good job finding that car for me. He is a great salesman you are lucky to have him. He has followed up with me a few times to see if I have any questions or concern since the purchased of the vehicle. It was also a pleasure working with Imad Benelkour general manager he always makes my day by giving me a great deal. The financial manager Andi Xhacka was also very nice to work with. Your employees are awesome to deal with. I will recommend all my friends to buy a new Toyota from your dealership. My Toyota takes me everywhere I want to go. I love the new back up camera. The gas mileage on the highway is over 42 miles to the gallon. Toyota’s are the most dependable vehicles on the road. Thanks to all of you for making this a great purchasing experience. More

Best Car Buying Experience Yet! Like most people I dread car buying. I put it off because I dislike the negotiations and the generally bad attitude of salespeople. I walked out on a good deal at a competitor (Prime Toyota) because of a rude Sales Manager and a condescending salesman. I contacted several other dealerships online prior to going into Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. I received a slightly better online quote from another Toyota Dealership but decided to go to Herb Chambers first since their location was closer to my home. Tomi Tsitsos was my salesman and Stephan Jovan the Sales Manager. Tomi was the most helpful, Courteous Car Salesman I have ever worked with. I felt he was honest with me and listened to what I wanted. Tomi's Customer Service was excellent. Stephane Jovan was very friendly and also very courteous! Stephane Jovan gave me a good price without the extra back and forth negotiations. I feel I was treated fairly and respectfully. A couple of other dealers came close to the numbers at Herb Chambers but eventually I got the best deal at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. Combined with excellent Customer Service. Everyone at the dealership seemed so friendly. Christopher Stockert in the Finance office was extremely patient and kind! I am happy that I gave Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn a try. Car buying is stressful but for the very first time, I can say I had a good car buying experience -Overall it was a positive! More

I was greeted at the door by Jimmy and Samantha already had everything set up for me. I was short on time my first trip there but I already knew I would be buying from them. I came back the next day, drove the car I was interested in and then Jimmy showed me another car that I wasn't sure I was going to like... But it turns out I LOVED it! The whole team knew exactly what I wanted. Then came time to talk numbers, which is the part I hate. Dylan made this so painless. There wasn't too much "back and forth" and we agreed on a price. Then came finance. All the paperwork was explained in a way that even I could understand it. I ended up getting an extended warranty, key replacement, tire protection and gap insurance and Andi did everything he could to keep my payments exactly where I wanted them to be.I kind of got upset thinking I wasn't going to be able to take my new car home that day but Jimmy worked his magic and I drove away in my brand new Corolla! All in all I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I will definitely be referring all of my friends to come here. Thank you Samantha, Jimmy, Dylan, Andi and Kevin! More
