Sal took good care of me. I just wish there were loaner cars so that I wasn’t running around like crazy getting a rental and an Uber too and from the rental. But that’s now Sal but that is something BMW’s used to be really good and providing and I’ve seen it go downhill the last 10 years. It is part of why I came to BMW to begin with because it used to seem like overall the company would go the extra mile for their customers. More
