"Worst dealership I have ever dealt with."
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Worst service I have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle from them 5 months ago and have had nothing but issues. I proceeded to address these issues and instead of helping us out, we were treated rudely and disrespectfully. The man we were talking to had the audacity to hang up on us. Wish we were able to catch a name, but since we were hung up on, didn't get it. We just wanted to know why the "inspected" vehicle we bought had cheap after market parts. Would never consider dealing with this dealership again. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.
"Good Service, Shady Tactics & Charges"
We recently went in for some service. As it was going to take longer then previously discussed we were offered a vehicle to use, no charge to us. The vehicle ended up being from a rental company through the dealership and even though it was only for a few hours Subaru told them to charge us for three weeks! When we questioned this charge the dealership told the rental agency to give a partial refund. We were told it was no charge and even have rental paperwork showing no charge from the dealership. Be very careful of 'free' things from here.
The work completed did seem to be well done and we were called afterwards to make sure everything was working well. Staff were friendly but I am very put off by this bait and switch on the rental.

Dan Conway is an awesome man. He has very good customer service skills. I bought a Mercedes cla 250 from him. I am extremely satisfied with his service and very excited to drive my new car. Thanks for such an amazing experience
I have bought 2 cars here and was pleased with the sales staff. I have brought cars in lots for repairs and always been okay although the prices are higher than I have paid at Elite. Brought 2009 Forester in for recall work and a tune-up. Estimate $1000. Kept getting calls saying I needed this, and I needed that but wouldn't give me a new estimate. Car took 2 days to "fix". Engine still runs noisy and the final bill was $3000!!!!!! . My car reeked of cigarette smoke (I don't even let my kids eat in this car!), it had 16 kms on the odometer (where did you drive it?), the radio stations were all changed and the noisy engine I took it in for? Still exactly the same. Then, 60 km out of Regina on the way home, the check engine light came on! I got a phone call asking about my experience and I told them this. Never heard back. I sent an email complaining and never heard back. This dealer does not care enough to address my concerns. And that sucks!
