Cadillac Experience Had my 2011 Escalade in for some service work, I had some thoughts on trading in and getting a different colour. Asked Chad Playford in the service department who he could refer me too in the sales department. He passed me on to Dennis, one of the sales managers with extensive experience in his trade. To my pleasure then find myself working with nearly the whole Nakonechny family, Mona who is very friendly and caring to her customers needs, and then Ryan who is extremely knowledgeable with anything and everything Cadillac. The whole process took no longer then an hour and we made a deal on their last 2014 Escalade. I pulled up to the dealership on Saturday and found my Escalade outside cleaner from what it was when it was in the showroom thanks to Ryan for putting in the time and effort to make this a true "Cadillac" buying experience. From service, sales, and finance this was by for the best buying experience I've ever had, and would refer anyone to this excellent team. More

Buyer Beware The options listed on the website were not even close to accurate. The warranty information I was provided via telephone was wrong. There was damage t The options listed on the website were not even close to accurate. The warranty information I was provided via telephone was wrong. There was damage to the vehicle that was not noted anywhere in the documentation nor was it mentioned verbally prior to signing the paperwork. Due to the weather this damage was not noticed by ourselves until after the deal was done. I was offered a $100 credit certificate on the website (which I printed and presented to the credit manager) which was not honoured at the dealership. Drove for 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealership under the assumption that the options listed on their website advertising was accurate and I don't believe that the information regarding the body damage was forthcoming via email, telephone or personal contact we had with the people at the dealership. All of this left a bad taste in my mouth as far as honesty and honour goes and I would make sure you read the finest of the fine print before committing to any purchase. More
