Hello, Your vehicle was purchased with a valid safety certificate and all vehicle history we had available was disclosed to you. Your vehicle was certified as safe to drive when you purchased it. Large vehicle manufactures make recall information available to vehicle owners via letter mail, which you received. Any recalls will be repaired by the vehicle manufacture at no cost to you.

Under the Consumer Protection Act and the Motor Vehicle Act you failed to disclose condition of vehicle. The recalls where issued before my purchase. You put me at Risk by not disclosing saftey recalls which where for seat belts and airbags and computer chip.

Hello Clova6oy We understand you are concerned about manufacturer recalls on the vehicle you purchased. It is not mandated that recalls preformed on your vehicle prior to your purchase be disclosed. Currently there is no reporting system that makes this information readily available. As it's been some time since you purchased your vehicle, Chrysler may have updated their owner records by using VIN numbers and the MTO's vehicle registration systems; this is why you would have received a recall notice in the mail. If you contact a Chrysler dealership with the recall notice information you received, they will perform the recall at not cost you. The Loan Arranger has been a licenced member of OMVIC for over 30 years and operates within OMVIC's regulations.

Our mail gets posted a few times a week - most likely your cheque went out towards the end of last week. As it was sent via regular post we have no tracking method, as such please let us know if you do not receive it by the end of this week and another will be issued. Thanks for the response, I find more than 7 days for something to go from Scarborough to Barrie a little much, and while I'm well aware Ryan doesn't "control the postal system" (his words), a little less attitude would have gone a long way. Seeing as I had my vehicle for 2 years and had nothing but problems (despite an excellent payment history), I won't be changing my review. I've posted all over social media and news outlets as well, and also filed a report that is being reviewed by Better Business Bureau. There is a threat with over 30 comments on a Facebook Car Group (local to Barrie/GTA area) and every single person commenting has had a bad experience with your dealership. As a small business owner with over 1000 followers on social media platforms, I won't be letting this rest anytime soon. Thanks!
