Bo was extremely helpful explaining the vehicle and all of its amenities. He was patient and thorough with me and walked me through all of the computer functions and bells and whistles. He offered me many options while understanding my personal situation and was willing to accept the choices I was making without pressure and giving me the space I needed to make the decisions that most benefitted me. Whether it was Roscoe coming in to help me with the financing work or Luke responding to my texts literally every time I had a new question, I was super well taken care of. My car was serviced in a professional and timely manner before I made my final purchase (shoutout to the detailing squad, the interior is CRISP.) I wanna give an extra thank you to Revawn and Angela for tag-teaming to streamline the signing process, especially when the computer was being goofy. Saved me a lot of headache, for sure! If you're looking for a fairly priced vehicle with a team ready to help you before they make a sale, Klaben is the place to be. More
