The cars are a dream to drive but being treated like family when we take the cars in for servicing is what makes the experience of ownership extra special. The service staff recognize us and know us by name and always make the extra effort to acknowledge us and offer any further assistance beyond our normal servicing. Even our sales rep remembers and acknowledges us when she sees us. My two sisters each own and are happy with their Lexus vehicles but I believe our relationship with the London team surpasses any of their experiences with their dealers. More

From management to sales to service we have been treated with kindness, respect and loyalty. I actually look forward to bringing in our Lexus for service. The service department is amazing and provides excellent advise. They care that our vehicle is safe and in top notch condition. To this end we bring in our Ford F-150 King Range for tires and brakes. Lexus of London is that good!! I would definitely recommend Lexus of London if you are looking for an new or used Lexus. They value your patronage and you will feel like part of their amazing family. Outstanding Service I experienced a vibration in steering on my GX right before going on a long road trip for the holidays. Best buying experience + industry leading customer service! After purchasing my Lexus NX at Don Valley North, I never thought I would buy another Lexus as I had the worst buying and multiple bad servicing exper After purchasing my Lexus NX at Don Valley North, I never thought I would buy another Lexus as I had the worst buying and multiple bad servicing experiences. But when the 2016 Lexus RX I decided to give Lexus of London a try and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Both Sue and Allan were very friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and they even offered to take a fifth look at the issues I was having with my NX that Don Valley North could not fix after multiple visits. They made me feel extremely comfortable and made my buying experience exciting and easy! I would definitely recommend Lexus of London to anyone looking for a Lexus, they even offered to deliver my new RX to Toronto free of charge. When I was introduced to Romeo he could not believe I was having issues with my new NX and that Don Valley North Lexus was not taking the time to properly fix the problem even though I brought in my NX multiple times. He was extremely friendly and was determined to make sure that the issue was resolved. Instead of looking at ways that I could be "causing the problem" or just saying its "normal" he just wanted to find a way to fix it. The quality of customer service between the two dealerships was night and day. I will never service any of my Lexus' at any other dealership again. Romeo offered me a free loaner vehicle so that my day would not be ruined where at Don Valley North they make you wait hours at the dealership without even telling you when your car is even ready. After 3 hours my car was ready and the issue was finally resolved. Even when I was looking for winter tires for my Lexus RX, I decided to call Romeo for advice and he took the time to tell me which tires would be the best for my car and what the differences between them. It is always easy and hassle free dealing with Romeo for any question or concerns I may. More
