I called Dallas Lease Returns on a Friday afternoon to inquire about a Jeep I had seen online. Blanca answered and I asked if this Jeep was available. She said it was and if I wanted to look at it to show inquire about a Jeep I had seen online. Blanca answered and I asked if this Jeep was available. She said it was and if I wanted to look at it to show up by 5:30. I said I would. I was late and she was taking care of her last customer of the day. When she finished she asked who I was and I told her and said sorry I was late. She could have sent me away, but instead she showed me the Jeep,let me look it over, said to come back Monday and she would know more about it and have all paperwork ready if I was interested in it. She never acted like I was keeping her late or delaying her. Monday she was very personable,professional,and accurate about every aspect of the sale. Needless to say I now own a beautiful Jeep and memories of a great experience with knowledgeable people that truly seem to care as much about the person as they do about the sale. We got back and we were ready to purchase and all paperwork and other items were organized and ready to sign. Including our 30 minute test drive we were probably there for 45 minutes max.
