Without a doubt if it were not for Mel, I would have went to another dealer to purchase a car, let alone 2. Went in for a Taos and came out with a Taos AND a Tiguan R simply because of how she made my wife and I feel. Rob Rose was also an excellent rep in the finance process but it started and ended with Mel. If she were to go to another dealer, I would follow her for the next car purchase - without a doubt. More
