Seeing as my wife and mother-in-law escaped from the collision with minor injuries thanks to the advanced safety features of the F150, I wanted another, right away. Robert Elrick was outstanding as a sales associate, immediately setting us up in a brand new 2018 F150. We were treated like royalty at Barrie Ford! Robert is not only very approachable, as we just went in on a whim with no appointment, he is very knowledgeable and attentive. In addition, all of our questions were answered and we were walked through different options for our price range and what we wanted in a truck. Once we purchased our truck the exceptional service didn’t stop there. The day we went to pick up the truck, Robert took the time and effort to go through the whole truck with us, including the Ford app set up on our phones and set up in the truck. Hands down a great experience, we would definitely refer our friends and family to Robert for their next vehicle purchase. We will be using Robert and Barrie Ford for our next vehicle purchase as well! More
