Awesome people. Did everything for us! Our car broke down and we had no one or no money to get an older one on the road. We contacted Barrie Ford and even with our horrible credit, rob Eric Our car broke down and we had no one or no money to get an older one on the road. We contacted Barrie Ford and even with our horrible credit, rob Erick and Christy shaddock had us I basically a brand new vehicle within days! I'd recommend these guys to anyone. they will do everything possible to get you into a new vehicle!!! More

First new Car. We just bought out first new car from Rob, and he was great. Spent time explaining all of the features the car had even though I work for Ford. there We just bought out first new car from Rob, and he was great. Spent time explaining all of the features the car had even though I work for Ford. there was stuff Rob covered that I didn't realize the car had. Rob went through everything and made sure we understood all the features and how they work. If and when we need another new vehicle we will definitely be talking to Robert. The POWER of Customer Service I ordered my car from Rob in Dec 2012 knowing the GT500 production was coming to an end soon. I picked it up in April of 2013, as a 2014 Model!! Rober I ordered my car from Rob in Dec 2012 knowing the GT500 production was coming to an end soon. I picked it up in April of 2013, as a 2014 Model!! Robert was patient and understanding, and I think almost as excited as I was. When it did arrive at the dealership in late March, he immediately took a picture of it, and sent it to me! By the time I got the car, I think I was like a child would be in a candy store! Robert went thru the car went me, we did the paperwork all very efficiently and professionally. I was greeted by the new car manager, and GM , and was thanked for my business. But more than that, I felt like I was part of the Barrie Ford Family. Every time I go in, wether to get accessories or for service, I am meet with that same warm greeting, a smile and a few handshakes. Always being made to feel comfortable. So while I am lucky enough to have a 662HP car, Barrie Fords customer service is at 1500HP!!! Thanks again Rob, Richard, and Peter. Awesome customer service! We were looking for a truck for a while and tried all different dealerships but nothing really stood out. Every dealership we seemed to enter just wan We were looking for a truck for a while and tried all different dealerships but nothing really stood out. Every dealership we seemed to enter just wanted to get our money at any cost and we always felt pressured and neglected. We were lucky to meet Robert Erick who was very pleasant to deal with and really listened to what we wanted and needed in a truck. It felt like we were dealing with an old friend and not just another salesperson who just wants you to sign on the dotted line. We got our vehicle in the time promised and all the options we were looking for. Robert was always on top of everything and kept in touch during this time. We love the truck (Ford F-150 XlT it drives like a dream! Will definitely be back to this dealership for our next vehicle . More

2016 Focus RS - Excellent Experience Robert was always available to give me updates on the progress of my RS since it was built in Germany. From built date to shipped from Belgium and th Robert was always available to give me updates on the progress of my RS since it was built in Germany. From built date to shipped from Belgium and then Halifax Port to Toronto via rail. Kept me informed of any information he came across. Thank you Robert & Dave for everything, you helped me keep my sanity through the whole process (4 months), and big thank you to Susan as well. Couldn't ask for a better team! More
