Every phase of the buying process, from those weeks ahead when I was doing all of my research, trying to replace a car I loved so much but found it to be impractical. Karl, the General Sales Manager and John Rebello, Sales Manager were helpful and most importantly, so very patient and reassuring. I thought they would have to pry my fingers from the steering wheel of my other car, but the beautiful BMW SUV met all of my needs and provided the luxury I enjoy. I went on a test drive with Robert "Chowder" Chodorowski, one of their top sales associates, and WOW... He really knows BMWs. He walked me through all of the features, went the extra mile to get the car fueled up, made sure it sparkled, and even programmed my phone into the audio for me, walking me step by step through the use of the media features. Thank you, Scott for helping choose the best warranty. I left finance feeling protected. This Amazing Team sent me off in style.
