Exceptional customer service! My new BMW arrived from the factory, but I couldn’t make the trip from Orlando to Tampa until the weekend. No problem! Alan said we will get it to you! And Robert did not hesita factory, but I couldn’t make the trip from Orlando to Tampa until the weekend. No problem! Alan said we will get it to you! And Robert did not hesitate to drive 1.5 hours to deliver my X5. And when he arrived, he spent a over an hour going over all the amazing new features. I know he had another business to conduct, but still did not rush. I thought this was above and beyond service, and it made a deep impression. Alan, my sales manager, was just as great. Helping me with my build, keeping me updated, and answering all questions. I knew exactly what to expect. Joe, too, in Finance, was great to work with. My entire purchase experience was flawless. It’s my first time buying from Ferman, but it won’t be my last. More
