Honest & integrity - easy to deal with I've had the task of purchasing or leasing well over 20 vehicles over the years and I have never felt as comfortable or at ease as I did recently deal I've had the task of purchasing or leasing well over 20 vehicles over the years and I have never felt as comfortable or at ease as I did recently dealing with Robert Fenske at Crestview Chrysler! I was helping my daughter purchase a new Jeep and was pleasantly surprised with Robert's genuine honest approach! His strait forward no "xx" approach made it easy to place our trust in him and his team. My daughter had a minor issue with her Jeep (minor damage) and Robert arranged a loaner without any prompting and he treated her with courtesy and respect! It then became obvious that Robert cares about customers not only at time of sale but even more so after the fact! Very refreshing indeed! I will continue to send friends and family to Robert because he cares! We got a great deal too! I strongly recommend Robert Fenske and Crestview to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! More

Was greeted with lackluster product knowledge (not knowing the available rear end axle ratios available) as well as no knowledge of financing promotions going on. When I suggested that the Ram website indicated the current promotion I was told that this photocopied piece of paper being carried around was "gospel" and the website must be wrong. I suggested that they get onboard with a corporate email system to help inform them of promotions and programs going on. Tyler Crabbe was a pretty good guy, answered questions via text even on his day off. Daniel Bonin was very, very knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to talk to. Rob Fenske was as clueless as can be and as a Team Leader that sets up his sales team for failure if he isn't able to get his stuff right. Jodi Jansen was very good to deal with and welcomed my feedback on the encounter. In the end I found the truck I want online (from Alberta), through a couple emails and a phone call they beat any pricing here in Regina and they knew about the truck and the programs and promotions being offered. Won't be buying a vehicle from these guys any time soon. More

Ron Fenske and Tyler Crabbe took the time to find out what I wanted in a vehicle as well as what my budget was. They found the perfect Jeep Cherokee for me. Tyler took the time to review the controls with me as well as the electronics. Working with Melissa Gettis on the financing was great. She walked me through the options and explained it so everything made sense. She even went the extra mile to fax documents to the Licence Issuer when I left some papers behind so they could start processing the licensing while I returned to pick up the originals. I left Crestview feeling I got a fair deal and feel comfortable returning for service on my Jeep. ?? More
