I’m very particular and thorough, so I had pages of questions we needed answered before we could make travel plans to purchase the truck. Robert never once acted frustrated or annoyed, despite the constant requests. If he felt that way, he certainly didn’t show it. His patience and dedication were truly impressive. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency. Unlike many salespeople who might bend the truth, Robert was straightforward and genuinely upfront about every detail of the truck.
