Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. This was my first time shopping outside of the generic Big dealership. I have to say this experience surpassed my expectations on all grounds. Customer service was amazing. The product was what we wanted and they got us in and out. Pete Hankins is the type of guy that you keep coming back to. Eric Taylor was also very helpful Initiating the first interaction when I reached out to inquire about the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. He was busy taking great care of another client so Pete graciously stepped up and took care of us. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. More
