I had a really great experience working with Richard. As a 24-year-old female buying a car, I brought my dad along, and he made both of us feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Amazing communication, very transparent, had a hiccup in the beginning but Rick made sure it was fix quick fast and in a hurry.
