I must say that Rhoel Grey continues to be the best service rep one could ask for. Especially with my latest breakdown. I was stranded by the roadside for the second time in less than a year, towed service rep one could ask for. Especially with my latest breakdown. I was stranded by the roadside for the second time in less than a year, towed in each time. Rhoel was on the case and got my 530i fixed and back on the road. I know he's busy but he got me in! That said, I'm starting to be concerned with the long term quality of this Germain product. I've only been stuck on the road once before and that was with a Chevy Vega so it was that long ago. Now in less than a year, I've been stuck twice. Well, things do happen and perhaps it's just my turn. Regardless. Rhoel Grey and the service staff are the team you want when things go south. I had a tire problem that needed immediate attention. I brought my X3 in with no advance notice. Rhoel Gray never blinked. In just over an hour he had the car ready to go back on the road, even with a nice brought my X3 in with no advance notice. Rhoel Gray never blinked.
