When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. Rhoel Gray took excellent care of me and my new x5. He kept me informed and solved my problem as quickly as possible. I had my first oil change and vehicle checkup yesterday and was VERY impressed by the professional organized process. I was checked in within 60 seconds of arriving and updated 3 times by me service adviso and was VERY impressed by the professional organized process. I was checked in within 60 seconds of arriving and updated 3 times by me service advisor Rhoel Gray during the service process. It far exceeded the experience I've had with Lexus, Lincoln and another (out of state) BMW dealership. Five stars! More
