They got the car fixed the same day, and Rhoel drove to where I work and took me to the shop so I could get my car. Rhoel is an outstanding asset to Germain BMW, he really goes out of his way to help customers. More

Service Experience with Rhoel Gray On 9/5, my back window would not roll up due to the electric window regulator I called BMW and left a message for Mr. Gray. It was after 5:30pm on a On 9/5, my back window would not roll up due to the electric window regulator I called BMW and left a message for Mr. Gray. It was after 5:30pm on a Friday. He called me back immediately and let me bring my car in that night so like my window could be fixed first thing Saturday morning and so that my car could be secure because I wasn't able to put it in my garage. Mr. Gray gave me a loaner car for Saturday. When I showed up Saturday expecting to pay, I was just SHOCKED!! Actually speechless! Mr. Gray got my service covered under warranty!!!! It made my weekend!! As I just found out I was going to have a huge medical bill coming my way. His professionalism and customer service is exceptional! Unprofessional Been going to Germain bmw of naples for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience until Rhoel was assigned to be my advisor. I tried to get clarification from him on an issue discovered with my car during an oil change and I was made to feel as if I was a huge burden on his time. Ultimately I feel he was not knowledgable on the topic and so my concerns were dismissed in a condescending manner. He ultimately gave me a snarky recommendation to take my car to another bmw specialist where I had been prior since "I trusted them so much." Felt like I was dealing with a child. More
