He gave me honest upfront pricing ( no bate and switch) - Raymon was available on my schedule - Comparing Raymon to the sales agent that I had in town he went the extra mile - because of the large inventory I got the vehicle I wanted and the color that was fresh off the truck no one had ever test driven this vehicle. - I received excellent value for the money. On a base model I got $1700 in add-ons and the vehicle was $1600 less out the door price than I would have paid in my hometown with no add-ons - The only criticisms that I could mention it is the lack of a heated indoor presentation area. The only reason why I mentioned this is that it was -19° when I picked up the vehicle. With saying this the vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. :-) I can honestly say that I do not have any buyers remorse and I highly recommend Raymon and this dealership. I went to see Raymon Mikhail because a friend of mine had bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Ram Sport from him and said that Raymon was great at what he does. I was not disappointed. I found the vehicle that I wanted for the price that I was willing to pay. The vehicle that I purchased was own by another worker there. Raymon gave me the history of the vehicle along with any servicing that was done. Any question and concerns that normally comes with buying a used vehicle was taken care of by Raymon and the team at Ontario Chrysler. To be honest, I went to Ontario Chrysler dealership with the intention of only doing a test drive, and possibly discussing pricing options - but nothi To be honest, I went to Ontario Chrysler dealership with the intention of only doing a test drive, and possibly discussing pricing options - but nothing more than that, especially since there were other dealerships I still wanted to visit, other car brands I still wanted to explore, plus there was also the auto show at the end of the month that I still wanted to see and already bought tickets for. But because customer experience was outstanding and the price given to me was right, I left the dealership with a brand new car. This was all thanks to Raymon! He really did an outstanding job. I wanted to cut the chase and show him what the other Chrysler dealership provided me so he can just beat that price and we can start negotiating from there. But he said to me, "Keep that. Let me win your business fair and square." And that's what he did, for sure. I came with a very very specific price in mind and with a very very specific feature set + color for the car I wanted, and he really helped make that happen for me. He was eager and insistent, as I am sure any salesman would be, but what I liked about Raymon was that I did not feel pressured. He was very professional and he gave me all the time I needed to think. He also thoroughly guided me through the process of buying a new car, helped me clearly understand what my options were and patiently answered all my questions. After many hours of back and forth, I left as a happy, satisfied customer with a brand new 2015 Chrysler 200. If my friends and family decide to buy a vehicle from Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/etc., Raymon (and this dealership) definitely will have my highest recommendation. More

He kept us well informed of through the sale from selection, pricing, and thru to delivery and we would definitely return (and also recommend) Raymon and Ontario Chrysler for a new car vehicle sales or custom order. Normally, one of the first thing I do when we get a new vehicle home is to remove the dealership branding, but on this one, we are very happy and as a result plan to leave it on. He was great; a true professional salesman in a world where that is a dying breed. He was courteous, informative, knew his business and delivered on everything we discussed. I had an idea of what I wanted going in ( I had walked the lot previously which is how I met Raymon) and I walked out about 1.5 hours later with exactly what I wanted. I picked my Jeep up the same day. His after sales service has been appreciated as well; again something else that is less common these days (he followed up to make sure I was truly happy with the deal and the Jeep). If you are thinking about buying a Jeep go there and seek Raymon out. If your experience is anything like mine you will appreciate the advice. More

The negotiation experience was easy and pleasant and I drove away feeling very happy about my purchase. I usually feel at least a minute of buyer's remorse after I purchase anything over $1000, however I drove away satisfied and never looked back. The financing process with Tinu was very straight forward and perks were definitely involved. In all honestly, we did not even have Jeep on our radar of vehicle's to purchase and just happened to walk into Ontario Chrysler randomly and we are grateful that we did. After this experience we are "Jeep People". More
