He was transparent through the whole process and introduced me to Phil, one of Parkview's best mechanics, who would be making sure the car was in top shape before my delivery. Phil did a fantastic job and was very easy to speak with anything concerning the car. I ended the process with Samantha from finance who was a pleasure to work with and the knowledgeable Raul who took care of delivery and the test drive. This is my second bmw and I wanted to make sure that this time around I got everything I wanted and Bobby made sure I got everything I could possibly ask for (literally). He knew exactly what I was looking for and found the most perfect car that suited all my needs and more. He was kind and patient and exceptionally informative. He reassured any doubt I had and always ensured the high level of excitement throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked through the door. He even made sure that the maintenance on the car was up to date, and that my winter tires were put on (which he put on himself AMAZING) so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything as I drove the car out. He went above any beyond and provided exceptional service thoughout the entire process and made sure I was okay and taken care of even after I left the dealership. This process became more than just about buying a car, Bobby made it feel like I’m becoming part of a family and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more or done it any better or differently, maybe pink balloons (just kidding). And This was the first shop that I went, and went back at the end because of the attitude of the salespersons, Ken, and the team. At other shops, sales people aren’t that good, compared to the people here. At a few shops, I just walked out in 10-15min. They are really helpful, listening and knowledgeble about what they are doing. I’m pretty sure you can get a better price some where. And I know if I bargain harder, I might be able to get it for better price. But just decided to be willing to close the deal due to their attitude towards customers. Just want to thank them again.
