Unfortunately my financial situation changed last fall and after much consideration I decided to call this dealership again, but was very clear that I wanted to speak to someone who would be respectful of me and my concern, specifically if there was a way to lower my payments. I dealt with Ralph Baboolal, and I cannot express my appreciation for the extent he went to help me. He completely understood my situation and went above and beyond working and reworking the numbers to get them where I needed them to be. I walked into his office on Wednesday and by noon on Friday I had a brand new 2015 Jeep in my driveway at a more affordable payment. I mentioned to him about our previous exasperating experience at the dealership and told him how much happier I will be to share this very positive story with not only friends and family, but also those strangers who randomly comment on how much they like my Jeep...and yes, I have a number of his cards to hand out to his future customers!
