He walked me through the entire process. The teamwork was amazing since as soon as I had identified what I wanted he took me over to Moe in the finance department. Moe was extremely knowledgeable as well and also took the time to explain all of the various options. However, after dealing with Team Chrysler, and in particular Ralph and Aamir, I don't think I will ever go back to GM or Ford. We bought a 2016 Dodge Ram and the experience was like living a dream. We drove five hours, one way, to visit this dealership and it was worth every second. They were patient, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and just real nice people. We made an incredible deal and everything was done and finished when they said it would be. They treated us to lunch and coffee and believe it or not, brace yourself, the GAS TANK WAS FULL. The other dealerships we've dealt with left the gas tank so low we were nervous we would not make it to the gas station just down the street. This dealership is a breath of fresh air! The truck is fantastic with lots of kick, a very smooth ride and almost DOUBLE the fuel mileage of my previous GM in the same class. Incredible! I would highly recommend this dealership and then you too can be 'livin the dream!' More
