Failed to execute a routine oil change, car had to be towed back, detailed to remove oil that sprayed all over engine and undercarriage. Oil change was repeated. Car was returned after two days. First off have been trying to call the service center for about three weeks now and all I get is a voicemail and then a text and the problems I am having can just be figured out if someone would answer. Two about three weeks now and all I get is a voicemail and then a text and the problems I am having can just be figured out if someone would answer. Two dropped my truck off at 11 and didn't hear back until around 5ish when you guys were about to close so then had to rush up there to get my truck before you guys closed to find out that all you did all day was look at my truck and not fix anything not even my back seatbelt that has been a safety issue with my kids because they can't tighten there seatbelt while back there. Then on top of that it was great everything was covered by my extended warranty that I paid extra for except for the rear window leak which is a very well known problem and has even been extended to a 150000 mile warranty. But somehow mine is going to cost 1300 dollars to replace when I have been trying to get this problem solved since January when I brought it in and you guys told me you could run the test because it was to cold outside I have videos of it leaking but they said they need a paper trial. Then on top of this with my extended warranty I don't get a rental car for the day while you guys fix problems on my truck that are warranty issues. More

I had an appointment for an oil change. I was told at the mileage on my vehicle that I needed to get the brake fluids replaced. I asked how much it was and if it would add extra time to my I was told at the mileage on my vehicle that I needed to get the brake fluids replaced. I asked how much it was and if it would add extra time to my wait. I was told the price and that no it wouldn't add extra time. I was there for two hours. After one hour and 20 minutes I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes and my car would be ready. Another 30 minutes passed and I asked how much longer was told it would be done soon. Two hours for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. If it was the brake fluids that added the extra time, I should have been informed correctly, in which case I would have stuck with only the oil change because I didn't have two hours to waste at the dealership. It was poor service and poor communication. More
