MB of Annapolis have helped us through a difficult situation with our claim adjuster. They handled the situation in a professional manner,and got the job done in a few days unlike the claim adjuster w situation with our claim adjuster. Recently I was instructed to have my car towed to the Annapolis dealership to address a brake related recall. Sounds simple, right? Well after three exasperating hours of trying to arrange the tow I had Annapolis dealership to address a brake related recall. Sounds simple, right? Well after three exasperating hours of trying to arrange the tow I had accomplished absolutely nothing. You should know that my had just been hospitalized. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. I was at that very moment in the process of building a handicap ramp and at my wits end. I addition I was faced with the possibility of losing my car for an extended period of time and now unable to accomplish the first step in the process. I decided to contact the service department one last time. Lucky for me a service adviser, Peter Herman answered. I'm sure he was aware of my frustrated attitude, but instead of putting me off, he told me not to worry that he would take care of everything. The end result, the car was towed within the hour and in fact the issue was resolved the following day. I want the MB dealership to know that they are fortunate indeed to have Peter Herman in their employ. He is an amazing, compassionate man and a credit to the Mercedes Benz brand. More

While visiting my mother in Bowie, MD my GLS450 experienced a bulged in a tire. Fortunately, Mercedes of Annapolis was able to help me. Best service ever! Peter Herman was extremely helpful. My service visit was simply to pick up a new key I ordered. Eddie (Parts) began checking the key to make certain it worked properly-it did not. Terrence (Service Intake) immediately recognized that th ordered. Eddie (Parts) began checking the key to make certain it worked properly-it did not. Terrence (Service Intake) immediately recognized that the key (2014) required programming. Terrence’s knowledge about Mercedes keys enabled them to readily identify the service needed. I was not prepared for a lengthy visit. Terrence reassured me that I would be serviced during my visit and not be required to return another time. This allayed my frustration because I lived nearly an hour away. As a caregiver, this was very important to me. Terrence quickly engaged Pete (Advisor) to secure serving for me. There were many customers being serviced at the time but Pete was able to graciously schedule me in. Terrence, Pete and Eddie made a potentially frustrating visit a pleasant one. Eddie check on me to make sure things were resolved. Pete also identified a recall repair that was required and scheduled me for that service as well. A special note about the ladies at checkout-they are always so friendly, warm and pleasant. More
