I tend to be very detailed and precise and somehow she not only endured but also was always patient with all my unending picky questions. She is highly knowledgeable about her products. Best of all Arella was extremely responsive, replying to phone calls and messages immediately. She walked me through a build, and also after several efforts to locate a compatible car, found just what I wanted. So I had my new car months in advance of original expectations. We test drove two vehicles on two separate days - and in both cases the cars were ready to go upon arrival. Darnell's knowledge of the car and all its tech features was apparent from the get-go - and once we decided we wanted to purchase, Darnell was very helpful in finding a specific vehicle that met our specs so to speak. I would add that Darnell and management were very non "salesy" in their approach in that we never felt any of the pressure you often feel during the car buying process - this was very much appreciated! More
