Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent visit left you feeling disappointed — that’s never the experience we want for our customers. I did want to provide a bit of clarification regarding the recommendations you mentioned. Your air mix motor was failing, which affects how the air temperature is blended inside the cabin. In addition, your A/C system was blowing cool but not cold. In situations like that, we recommend an evacuation and recharge only if the customer is not satisfied with the temperature. This service helps us confirm whether the system is low on refrigerant — even being down by a quarter-charge can cause the air to blow warmer than it should — and it also allows us to properly check for any leaks. This is a standard diagnostic step when A/C performance is borderline, and it’s meant to make sure we identify the true cause rather than guessing or replacing parts unnecessarily. We never want you to feel like services are being pushed on you, and we value the trust you place in us. If you’d like to go over your repair visit together or review the findings in more detail, I’d be happy to speak with you personally and make sure all of your concerns are addressed.
