The representative was not helpful. I had to call to get updates about my vehicle. If I didn't call, then I wouldn't received any updates. If you look at the notes and the quote that wa I had to call to get updates about my vehicle. If I didn't call, then I wouldn't received any updates. If you look at the notes and the quote that was texted/emailed to me they tried to make me pay around $7000 in services that I didn't need for my vehicle. The only thing that was needed was a battery replacement. This is bad business because we as the customer put our trust in the service people and it's not nice when they try to get over and take advantage of their customers especially the women customers. More

The work there is always superb. Paula is wonderful. Eveytime I am there, she is just so helpful and courteous! She makes it such a pleasure. Total initial work was for more than $2500. Requested for items that were not necessary like throttle body service. Not necessary for a car with 60k miles. Another was the timing belt and also the evac and recharge of the cooling without any evidence of leaking. My wife would have accepted the charges based on the trust we have with your company. The diagnostic was very expensive as well. We told them exactly what was wrong. Overall very disappointing of seeing that a dealership we trust was just trying to make us pay for work that we did not neeed. More
