He was experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional and polite. A real gentlemen. He made the entire experience very comfortable and a much easier experience for my son and me. When we told him what we were interested in, he immediately gave us what was available and also what would be a possible purchase. After looking at several cars, my son and I decided we would wait on a car that was coming in. I am very happy we waited. The car was in excellent condition and looked like it was new.
