Pat was great person to speak with and he explained everything in detail and repeated anything we needed to hear again. He made an impact on my 8 year old daughter as well and listened to her and what she had to say and I think that is wonderful. My daughter was thrilled that he made time to speak to all of us. The help from Jeff and David was great and we had everything explained to us about our financing. They were both wonderful to deal with. Thanks Pat for the great experience!! We love our new truck!! Pat was very thorough, explained every detail (no rush feeling) and put everything on hold for us, meaning we were not interrupted by phone calls or messages. The test drive of the vehicles was very thorough, he explained everything! I was very happy with the service from both Joe's at service, great people to deal. They actually take the time to listen to your concerns and address them. I would recommend Pat as your sale representative to anyone reading this review, he will really look after you (even call you at home making sure that you are happy). More

We were travelling from Windsor to pick up the car and many things had to happen before we could bring the car home and Pat did it all. He answered all our question, prepared all our documents in a timely manner, managed insurance forms and had the plates on the car (which was gassed up and detailed) when we got there. We recommend Pat and the team over at Georgetown to everyone. More
